WAVE is a 1,106m² residential masterpiece on the Mornington Peninsula, masterfully realised to harmonise with its prominent corner site. The design is anchored by a North-facing solar orientation, ensuring the internal volumes are flooded with an abundance of natural light while capturing cooling coastal breezes throughout the day. The signature curved timber look aluminium batten facade provides a sophisticated balance of privacy and thermal control, creating a tactile connection to the landscape without compromising the sanctuary of the interior.

The estate’s programming is divided into distinct functional zones, separating grand-scale social areas from private retreats. Design excellence is reflected in the high-performance wellness wing and the rooftop sanctuary, which features a private hot tub deck with panoramic ocean views, supported by strategically placed bespoke skylights.

Recognising the active lifestyle of the peninsula, the design includes bespoke watersports curation with dedicated storage for kayaks and coastal equipment, facilitated by a secondary site access for seamless operation. It is a sophisticated intersection of luxury and site-specific curation.
